Look after the website you rely on
A little less website worry.
Your website still needs attention after launch. Get daily checks across your website systems, updates, patches and plugin care, plus ongoing support when you need help.
Ad spend, software and other third-party costs are separate where needed. Scope agreed together, before the agreement and the start of work.

Have someone responsible for the website care you agree together.
Here’s the useful part
What we’ll
help you do.
Have someone responsible for the website care you agree together.
Daily check-ins across your website systems for a site confirmed as a fit.
Updates, patches and plugin care, with QA suited to your platform and the parts of the site your business relies on.
Ongoing support as needed, plus detailed reporting on website care, issues and completed work.
Made to fit your business
A clear start.
Less back-and-forth.
Start with a conversation about your goals and what is already in place. We'll agree the scope and access plan, sign a separate contract, then arrange the inputs needed to begin.
What we’ll need from you
- Your website address, platform and hosting details.
- Delegated access to the site and relevant accounts, plus information about existing licenses.
- The pages, forms and integrations you depend on, and any known issues.
You keep control of your accounts and approved deliverables. We’ll agree access and approvals together. Required inputs and appropriate access come before the agreed service and billing start. Please leave passwords and sensitive information out of your inquiry.
Before we agree the work
Small print,
in plain sight.
We confirm these details together before signing an agreement. The $400 price is public; the specific work belongs in your agreement.
Scope to confirm
- Check platform compatibility, site size, current condition and any custom features before accepting the site.
- Agree the systems checklist, update and recovery approach, and reporting detail.
- Confirm the support request route, response expectations and urgent-issue handling.
- Identify existing repairs, new features or larger changes that need a separate project.
The included work is listed above. Details marked for confirmation will be settled in your agreement before work begins.
Costs outside the $400 fee
The service is $400 per month. Hosting, domain renewals, premium licenses and other client-owned subscriptions remain separate. Any repair or development outside the agreed support scope needs your approval before an extra charge.
A few good questions.
Can you support a website someone else built?
Potentially. We first check the platform, access, condition and recovery options. That review establishes whether the site fits and identifies any existing problems that need separate work before ongoing support begins.
Does support cover new features or a redesign?
New pages, major redesigns, migrations and custom application work are scoped separately. Ongoing support looks after the website systems we agree to maintain. We confirm response and recovery expectations after reviewing your site.
Can I choose just this service?
Yes. It is $400 per month under its own month-to-month agreement. Choose the work you need, and end one service independently of the others. Your agreement will explain notice, the final service date and refund terms before you start.
Will I need to make time for regular meetings?
Start with a call to confirm the service, scope and account access. We agree how to stay in touch, using written updates and clear approval requests where useful. We ask for your input when facts, decisions or access need your attention.
Who owns the accounts and finished work?
You keep ownership of your business accounts and paid deliverables. You grant the access needed for the work and can remove it when the service ends. Third-party assets and software remain subject to their own licenses.
Am I committing to a package of services?
No. Each service is separately contracted for $400. Pick the work you need. Monthly services are month-to-month, and one-time projects have their own billing terms. We agree scope, third-party costs, required inputs and account access before work starts. Sending an inquiry does not start a subscription or authorize a charge.
Another useful
next step.
Add another service only when it makes sense. Each has its own agreement.
